- Sound understanding of private funding model and the ability to effectively coordinate admission / discharges.
- A high level of communication, teamwork and inter-personal skills.
- An ability to manage a challenging work environment.
- Management qualifications/experience are highly desirable.
- A commitment to evidence based practice.
- Computer skills would be beneficial.
