Orange Health Service is a major rural referral health service providing a range of services including emergency services, general and specialist medical and surgical inpatient and outpatient services including interventional cardiology, maternity services, paediatric services, rehabilitation services, cancer care services, renal dialysis services and associated diagnostic services.

A UNIQUE Campus - Bloomfield Orange

The Bloomfield Campus has been part of the Orange community since the early 1920's. In 2011, with a quarter of a billion dollar investment, the Bloomfield Campus became the home to the new Orange Health Service incorporating both the Orange General Hospital and the expanded state and district-wide mental health facilities as well as universities and rural outreach programs.

The new specialist mental health component on the campus expands the existing facility with additional acute, child and adolescent, forensic and statewide non-acute beds, making the facility one of the largest mental health inpatient services in regional Australia
