Candidates or other prospective employees registering interest or applying for a position with our clients or with us will supply us with information that is personal information subject to the Privacy Act. The personal information contained in a candidate application will only be used by us to:

  • assess candidate suitability for any vacant positions with our clients or with us
  • administer and process the application for employment, including reference checking and any other medical or suitability testing
  • communicate with the candidate and our relevant client in relation to the candidate application.

A candidate application will be viewed by our management, the relevant client and the consultants involved in the selection process. We will not disclose the information contained in a candidate application to any other individual or organisation.

Should candidates wish to obtain access to, or update, personal information held by us, they can do so by contacting our Privacy Officer. In normal circumstances we will give candidates full access to their personal information, however in the unlikely case there is some legal or administrative reason to deny access, we will advise a candidate of that reason.
