Our client is looking for General Practitioners who are committed to meeting the needs of their residents now and into the future. We want GPs who understand the value of relationships and who will provide that continuity of care that really makes a difference to the residents’ quality of life.
Postions are in serveral locations throughout Australia
They have a team of specialists work closely together to review a residents needs on a monthly basis. Each team includes a GP, specialist onsite nurse or Clinical Manager, Registered Nurse, Personal Care Assistant, physiotherapist, dietician and General Manager.
They want their residents to have access to specialised medical care within their homes so they don’t have to go through the distressing experience of visiting hospital for routine procedures.
