The service delivers community based psychiatric treatment and care to adult persons with a psychiatric disorder residing throughout the geographical catchment area for the Horsham Psychiatric Services. This adult community psychiatric service strives to provide evidence-based, 'best practice', family inclusive services to its clients and their families, utilising a multidisciplinary team framework and an integrated model of care.

The successful applicant will be someone keen to lead an exciting and developing service, who enjoys a challenging and continuously improving clinical environment and aims to ensure the service routinely provide internationally accepted evidence-based and best practice treatments to adult persons with a mental illness and their families.

A very attractive salary and benefits package will be negotiated with the successful applicant, who will hold qualifications in an area of relevant clinical practice, have experience in the management of an adult community psychiatry team or equivalent, and ideally hold post graduate (minimum Masters) qualifications. Current motor vehicle licence is essential.
